1) Check if your score for the FSW six selection factor is 67/100 or higher
2) Primary NOC must be at least one year continuous work experience
3) POF for the number of family members
Pre ITA - I ignored to pay attention to details in NOC and submitted the below details.
Primary NOC - 0213 - Skill type 0 with 2.5 years (30hrs/ week) out of which one year was Volunteer Internship
Supporting NOC - 2171 - Skill type A with 2.6 years (30hrs/ week) Full time
Other two NOC i had added is Skill type C - i understand it is not considered for EE
Post ITA - I realized the Job description in the offer letter is different though my roles was similar so I am having to change the NOC as below
Primary NOC - 2171 - Skill type A with 1.5 years (30hrs/week) Full time
Supporting NOC - 1122 - Skill type A with 2.6 years (30hrs/ week) Full time
Other experience i am adding in personal history.
under the six selection factors - with changes to NOC
PRE ITA - the score is 72
Post ITA - the score is 70
The website say
"
If you score 67 points or higher (out of 100), you may qualify to immigrate to Canada as a federal skilled worker.
If you score lower than the pass mark of 67 points, you won’t qualify to immigrate to Canada as a federal skilled worker."
My question is should I decline and reapply?
OR
I should be safe making changes mentioned above and submitting ? As I meet the criteria of
1. 3 years of Skilled Labor in past 10 years
2. it is under the Skill Type A
3. It is full time and paid
4. the Primary NOC as a job supporting continuously more than a year.
