Out of status, exclusion order and inland sponsorship app question

Hi all. So days before we could get out app in (waiting on police record from jamaica) CBSA came to our door. I have been issued an exclusion order and was told that the officer will stall on submitting the forms to Toronto until my first sign in meeting in one month (conditions to sign in monthly) to give me time to get my app in. I know now that as long as im not served the PRRA BEFORE my app goes in, I still qualify for deferral or stayof removal ( this is what officer told me) but If I am served before I get my app in , that does not apply.

My question is, in my application where I am to provide an explanation of being out of status and provide any documents pertaining to my status, should I now include details of the exclusion and the documents CBSA gave me to show my honesty or should I leave that out since they will find out anyways.

Do not leave it out. Even though they will know everything make sure YOU declare it all.

Hello, I'm in a similar situation,got my exclusion order March 25, 2018. I filed for PRRA April 12th and submitted my spousal application today. So what exactly did the officer say about deferral of removal and what do you think are the chances? If anyone else got experience in it please help. Mans are freaking out.

Hi there. The cbsa officer said my husband had to sign in once a month and said he would not submit paperwork till his first sign in aooy

Hi there. Although the cbsa officer said he was gonna wait to serve the PRRA app until the next sign in appt to give us time to get sponsorship app in , it's now been 5 months and everytime my husband ( it was him who this happened to not me) went to sign in nothing was ever said. I don't know if they are just giving us a chance and waiting for decision on app or if I'm missing something but we haven't heard anything more about it. Can I ask if they served u PRRA app or u just did it urself ? I'm pretty sure the officer said either he would serve us or Someone from Toronto would contact us. He said if Toronto contacted us before he could serve us it was out of his hands. still don't know what he meant by all this. were we to wait for the papers or do it on our own? till this day i have no idea

Hey thanks alot for you reply.
So I got my exclusion order and they gave me a condition to come sign in every week, so the next time I went in (after 7 days of my exclusion) the officer served me with PRRA and I had 10 days to submit it so I did it. And now I'm my sponsorship application is in, does a CBSA officer has power to grant a stay or how does it go? Cuz my only shot here is to get a stay from him if hes generous enough.
