FBI PCC

Hi ,
My FBI PCC package was delivered on Feb18 2018. I got a message from Canada Immig that I have 60 more days to submit PCC.
Today I called FBI Summary Dept and they told me that they are working on NOv 20 packages as of now. She also told me it will 8 weeks (all days included) from today to complete the process.
Now Canada Immig gave me 60 , does that mean 60 working days ? If yes then I might be able to make it , if not then what shall I do ?

My 2nd question is, I got only 1 message after my PR Docs submission so does that mean all the other documents are accepted in PR documents submission ?

Hi FBI started an online application and you will receive FBI clearance certificate in within 1 week once they received your fingerprints. Its better to apply online again.

I got the report in just 1day after card was delivered.

The Nov date is for paper applications. If you filed through the new electronic system, you will get the report few days in email and within a week in mail.

Try it in IE browser or ask someone else to pay it for you. You will need to pay 1st as you would require the email print mailed with fingerprint card.

Guys, don't waste money on getting fingerprints from any expert. They gonna ask anywhere from Rs 2500 to Rs 15000. I did it for Rs 150.

Below is the process:


1. I took 20 of FD258 card printouts on thick paper cards of A4 size, cut them as per the cutting lines,

2. Tried taking rolling finger prints on plain paper and 10 of cards for practice. (checkout youtube videos for rolling prints)

3. Send 6-10 clear fingerprint cards to FBI address along with rest of paper work.

Cost of pribting cards =5*20=100
Ink Pad = 35
Disposable gloves = 15

Net 150

I have got my FBI History Report in my email, on the same day the courier was delivered.

email version (pdf) is perfect. No need to wait for paper copy and scan it.

How did you mail the documents to FBI from India? Please share the name of the company you used? Fedex? Bluedart? Thankhou!
