I sent my Master degree only for assessment and got a 4 years bachelors equavalence.Now I have sent BSC for evaluation after repaying the fees.I think,Its wise to send educational certificates altogether.
My total years of education are 16 including a 2 years Masters from Pakistan.
Happy to update that I got the before statuses yesterday:
My ECA: All documents accepted and my evaluation report is under review. Expected report completion is 13/03
My wife's ECA: All documents accepted and my evaluation report is under review. Expected report completion is 21/03.
Do they usually complete the report on time? I wanna sneak in before the draw on 21st.

I couldn't see my Expected date of completion but Wes representative told me that it's 6th March.Why can't I view it?

Keep checking your wife's WES profile regularly. I think March 20th you will get your report and you can target March 21st draw.
WES call reps have info which is 1 day older than actual process...and website gets updated only 48-72 hours of the event occuring eg: updating docs were received and review has started etc etc. Seems like WES is still following old technology and needs to upgrade. So you need to wait and check if there's status change on 2nd or 5th.
Note: All above information(like reps having info 1 day late in their system and website taking 48-72 hrs) was gathered by me regularly calling WES and tracking my status. I knew when exactly docs reached and from when on the reps acknowledged docs were received and when the web gets updated etc.So my observation in my case may or may not be true for all.
Thanks for this. Are the profiles in the EE locked before the draw happens? Like you're not allowed to edit or update your profile 2-3 hours before the draw?

I did WES for self sometime in December 2017 and for my wife I started the process in Feb 18 and timelines are pretty much similar except her documents are under review still.
I remember in my case, the university had sent just official marksheet copy signed and stamped where as in case of my wife the university prepared transcripts. Any idea dream_canada007 in your case was it the marksheet copy or transcript?
I read somewhere,on the forum may be, that if WES gets transcripts then they possibly ask for semster marksheet copies as well. If that's the case, i think it makes sense to send them copy of marksheets along if you can courier the document set by yourself.

I was confused about this until one of my friends clarified this for me. The terms "marksheet" and "transcript" are the same, in principle, but India doesn't have the concept of "transcript" in official parlance.
In an ideal world, WES would only ask for copies for your degree marksheets and degree certificates and start their evaluation. But how do they know that the marks you're showing is not altered by you? So they ask the university to send the marksheets in a sealed copy to basically confirm to WES that "the contents inside the envelope have been sent directly from the university and the university takes the responsibility for the information unless the seal is broken". This is called a sealed transcript and it's no different from your marksheets. Some universities do not have a system to provide transcripts, so they simply Xerox the marksheets, sign and stamp them before putting it in a sealed envelope. This has been accepted by WES in many cases I've come across.
So I hope your doubt of sending marksheets along with transcripts is resolved. I personally only sent the transcript envelope plus copy of degree certificate and they were accepted by WES. Bottom line, you absolutely do not need to send your marksheets copies if you are sending your sealed transcript. WES considers your transcripts as "official, university verified" marksheets, so unless they specifically ask for it, you DO NOT need to send your marksheets.
