Any updates today?

Mine is same :( no change

My husband just told me that 2 April applicants got DM today

Also someone who had “we are processing your background check” yesterday got dm today

didn't get your point. Why 2 different places? I understand the proof of relationship part on the checklist but which point on the checklist are you referring to when you say Sponsor's documents require entry/exit stamp?
please enlighten? Thanks.
I did not have my NOA while filing the application for my husband because I stayed for only 20 days after getting PR in 2016 and I did not file my taxes for 2016. So to justify why I didn't provide NOA and to prove my short stay in Canada I sent passport pages showing Entry & Exit stamps along with the justification letter in Sponsor section.

You guys are wasting your energy and time on figuring out whether the 27th Feb Bgc was a technical glitch or not. BGC changes multiple time during the processing of file. Initially when they receive your file, bgc will be in Progress. In my case , it changed to Not Applicable after my file was transferred to NDVO. It stayed N/A from Nov 6 to 26th Feb as my file was not being processed during that time. I ordered GCMS and that showed my file was last updated on 11th Nov 2017. Application assignment was blank that means my file was not assigned to any visa officer. On 27th Feb bgc changes to In progress that means files are picked and assigned to Visa officers, now they will start their work and that will take another 2-3 months obviously. They will not finalize a file in a week as single officer is assigned multiple files and they check a file, give new due date when they will recheck it and take decision. So August applicants should not expect PPR or DM in coming days. NDVO is taking minimum 9 months to process a file, so we will get DM or PPR in May.

You guys need to be patient my husband told me it takes time after they pick up our files the visa officers are looking at every little document them we provided them they need to make sure everyone is genuine with your spouse. Yes it they take time but really think about it’s for our good. You know that saying better late then never. It’s not like they skim through our files ( which that would be amazing lol) plus the hold up I think the the tourist visa and the express entry visa and more like the student visas anyway good luck and don’t be depressed just wait and see what’s happens :)
