Today (Feb 28) received invitation to write test in Vancouver on March 29 via email.

This came only 3 working days after updating address in ECAS to reflect move from AB to BC. Pleasantly surprised their system registered the new address and invited me to take the test at my new location so quickly with no hiccups!

Is there any Iranian Applicant who received test invitation or did oath ceremony , especially from Montreal ? I have been in process since 21 November ...

Not sure if being Iranian has anything to do with it, or at least I would like to believe that! But at this point anything can be favored really. I am Iranian, Vancouver, no test invite, IP since Dec 05.

Being Iranian has everything to do with it. Here in Ottawa, I know 6 cases including my wife all done the test all waiting for csis security check to come. Some over a month now. No DM.

Good morning, as a routine I check my ECAS every morning, but today it shows the message "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided"

Has this happened to any one of you? I've been in AOR since January 31 and still waiting for In Process.

I'm freaking out a bit.

double check the information you entered. That usually happens to me when I've entered my information incorrectly.

I double checked the information, tried different numbers (Application number, UCI, etc), I do it every day. It's on their end.

Oh please update my information:

1. We started processing your application on February 28, 2018.

My issue login-in was that I have two last names and when I received my AOR they had my two last names this way XXXXX-XXXXX. Now I tried XXXXX XXXXX just in case and I could see the new status.

my wife finished test yesterday 18/20. officer told her in the interview that she will need to provide police certificate because she spend more than 120 days in one country during the last 4 years. but I checked the CIC website and it shows that you will need to provide police certificate from a country if you spent 183 days in that country during 4 years before your application date. well she spent 210 days in one country during the last 4 years so we are working on getting police certificate. officer said that they will send her a letter to confirm this request.

I would say no.

My colleague (iranian) applied for citizenship on 29 Oct. I applied on 16th october. he already had his test on 08 feb. and i am still waiting for a test invite. so being an iranian has nothing to do with it.
