So apparently the urgent request processing routine (after you have applied) changed over night. Before on the website it would ask you to call CIC and speak to an agent and seek help from there. Now it is an online form that needs to be filled in with supporting documents. This change happened probably in the last couple of days, and it's completely false that the page was modified on January 8th! Utterly BS! I applied for Urgent Processing two weeks ago and had to go through all the hoops and loops to mail my package and speak to agents. Honest to god, this process reminds me of the torture they put me through when I applied for my PR. The horrors!

IP since Dec 05 - Urgent Processing requested on 20th Feb - and yet to hear anything from them!

Nonsense! You can stay positive for so long!
Maybe your web browser had the old page cached when you were looking at it. Happens all the time. Best to clear your browser cache when looking at anything on the IRCC website, including right before downloading forms. Some people ended up mailing the wrong application form as soon as C6 came into effect, because their browsers had the old form cached in.

It wasn't the web browser, I'm sure. Even the CIC agent on the phone (at the time) told me there is no webform to attach any documents so I have to mail it to the office. I even asked if I could email the office with my request and she said my best bet is the mail.

Just got off the phone with another agent, and she confirmed that there is a note on my file, meaning they have received my request. But the decision is unknown.

I'm really starting to dislike this process! Though nothing else to do but to wait really!
