I got study permit on 27 July, 2017. My course start date was 27 August, 2017. My study permit is upto 30 April, 2018 and then they have given me 90 days extra to get work permit. Thus, my visa is valid upto 30 July, 2018. My course was of one year duration.

Due to, some reasons I couldn't go to canada. I am still in India. I have again got admission in same college and same course for fall-2018 intake.

My question is, how should I apply for new study permit? Should I apply for study permit extension? or Should I apply by completely new application like previous one?

Should I use same gc key account for the new application?

How should I mention about my previous visa in new application if I apply through new gc key account?

Please guide me. Thank you.

To be honest, I think you should visit a consultant regarding this. You should not take my or anyone else's word for this(Unless he got heights of experience in this field). I don't find myself capable of answering your question with a correct answer. You should visit an ICCRC approved consultant and discuss this with him.

I doubt if they do not issue me new study permit, I will have to come back. it will cost me more.

What is your suggestion? Should I apply again for new visa from India after cancelling my old visa? or should I go on the basis of old visa ?

   10th CBSE 2012 :8.0 cgpa (Math :70)
   
   12th CBSE 2014 Non medical .But math supplementary cleared in 2015 as private candidate :54%( Math :33)
   
   Meanwhile Diploma Civil engg (2014-2017 ) 3 years :82% (Math : 75)
   
   IELTS : (L :7.0 ,R: 6.0 , S:6.0 ,W:6.0)(;O :6.5) on 1st february 2018.
   
   Applied for St. Clair college for Construction Engg Technician
   Should i be judged on my recent diploma or previous 12th?
   As i have applied for visa application. Did visa officer check my recent diploma or previous 12th score.?
   Applied visa on 21st feb 2018 in vfs chandigarh.

Did you defer your admission before the approximately 90 day mark where your college would have reported you as a no show? If you did you can use your current visa and then apply for an extension.

Did you defer your admission before the approximately 90 day mark where your college would have reported you as a no show? If you did you can use your current visa and then apply for an extension.

I applied for admission withdrawal before the session starts. So college didn't report me as a no show. My course started in August-2017 and then I again re-applied for the same course in January-2018 and got admission letter in February -2018. I have not applied for cancellation of previous visa. study permit is valid till 30 April-2018 and then extra 90 days have been given to me to apply for work permit process. All in all, visa expires on 30 July-2018. Fall-2018 session will start in August-2018. What should I do now to go there? New application for visa? or study permit extension?

When we apply for any visa we are getting entry visa valid for 3months to one year on passport so after that when we enter Canada at the airport after immigration they provide us study permit.. so check your passport visa valid date ..

it is valid till 30 July -2018.
