i am looking at the spreadsheet and under the new delhi tab i can see that a september applicant had bgc processing on feb 26 (one day prior to the "big update/glitch), two november applicants had bgc processing on feb 21 and feb 24; one december applicant had it on feb 16, and one aug applicant on feb 15... so they had given bgc updates prior to the big update/glitch to random people who didn't fit the bill.... therefore, i don't think this was a glitch guys. but... only speculation... we will see what happens.. the wait is brutal
I just think they clearing up the backlog in New Delhi but only god know what’s going on I mean no updates today we’ll see tomorrow

May applicant here. Yesterday my BCG check also changed to in process from NA. and the additional documents changed from "We need more documents" to "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided"

one good news: June applicant who was among the ones who got the massive updates on BGC yesterday- got DM today!
his VO- Sydney!

Guys I’m going to send case specific inquiry as we exceeded 12 months....I was looking webform, they ask for ICCRC number....what’s that??

Thanks Dhillon101 for your response. The only reason I put it here because it seems some people submitted originals & some didn't.
To quote what CIC says:

Birth certificates issued in this country: If a birth is registered late, include the original baptism certificate and other original documents establishing identity such as:
  • Old school records (Fifth class, Middle standard and Matriculation/secondary school certificate), and
  • Voter's ID card.
and then CIC says:

Check the country-specific requirements to see if you need to submit any original documents. If the country specific requirements tell you that you must submit an original document instead of a copy, you must submit the original or we will return your application. See below for more information about country specific requirements.

So the general consensus is to just provide certified true copies of the above documents? Thanks all !!
I sent my husband's original birth certificate ,voter id, 5th and 10th certificates. I called CIC to confirm if original are required because his birth was registered late, he told me to send original with a cover letter that please return all original documents after completion of processing. I have read on forum many people got their wedding photos etc. back with the passport after stamping visa. Didn't want to take any chance because my file was already returned once, so I sent originals.

When did you apply?

When did you apply?
I initially applied in June 2017. My file was returned in July so I resent my application in August 2017. Refer my Signature for complete timeline.

I hope at least someone from NDVO get DM today or they're trolling us
