When was your background check started??

Jun 16th applicant at NDVO. My background check status changed to in process.

Are we supposed to get an email update regarding the background change in process?
or is it just on the online you get to see this?

Also should I update the spreadsheet?

@dhvanixox Could you tell us if the bcg update you got yesterday was along with the bulk update most people received? Was it around the same time?

yes it was among the bulk update. I actually checked my gckey after I saw so many people got their bgc updated to in process. I was even skeptical that it is fake, but I guess not.

Don't lose hope guys! I hope everyone gets DM very very soon!!

Hi it started on February 27

I also want to let you guys know that when my background check changed to "in process", my "additional document" line is completely blank (nothing is written there). that was one of the reasons I thought it was a glitch.

but when I called cic to hear the automated self-service update, there it said "we have received the documents you submitted" - we had submitted New Zealand's PCC end of January 2018.

Hope this helps some of you who have the same issue with being that line BLANK.

oh that was a while back! NDVO doesn't really follow any sort of patterns- but let's hope for the best
