Declaration of Intent to Reside in Québec - Am I able to move?

I have recently been offered a career opportunity outside the province. Are we even able to leave Québec (landed QSW immigrant) without any adverse consequences regarding future citizenship? I've been trying to find any definite information pertaining to a legal obligation to stay in Québec but every time I came empty handed.

Thanks Betula. I wasn’t quite sure since many people claim that MIDI can go after applicants who didn’t remain in Québec long enough.

I got my passport Request on 7th Mar and submitted via VFS Global on 8th Mar. Still the VFS online status is "Tracking No.---- being processed at the Canada Visa Office, NEW DELHI"? Do you know when can i get back..?? or what would happen..?
