Hi I have applied for travel document permanent residence Canada four months ago but I didn't get any response what can I do. Sent so many emails but no response.

Did you meet Residency obligation when you applied for the PRTD?

I got PR in sep 2003 and renew after years then in Jun, 2013 I came back in India. After that in 2024 my PR was expired but I have to stay in India because my dad's health problems now on jan3,2018 my dad was expired I want to go back, my husband and my two kids r also living with me. They are Canadian citizen.

There's nothing you can do but wait. Since you don't meet the residency requirement and your PRTD is being processed under H&C, you can expect longer processing times.
