One option is sending a LOE about the whole situation and two is changing ur present address on your national ID card and passport. Don't worry collect a certificate from your local (Dhaka) councilor/Chairman to prove that you live in your present address and then apply for the PCC along with the certificate. This is a very confusing situation after Dm by not knowing what's their decision is. I might wait 2 more days then send them a query via webform. Waiting at this point is killing me.
