it seems like they have skipped 2nd batch of September applicants (from Sep 16 - until early october) , As all of the ADRs and Ip2 reported are from October in last few days, will there be any specific reason for that or it is just how LVO process applications?
Hello, These has been reported on Immitracker and also in various groups..Hi @ijaz_ch84 how to know that London Visa Office is responding to Oct 2017 AOR's with ADR & IP2 ?
Which forum or link is this information of status ?
Congratulations.Hi @BillHyatt
We have finally got PPR, and your advise has been very helpful! Thank you so much!
To remind, our AOR was 26 Sep 2017 and then, no update for almost 4 months. You advised us to call IRCC, and about 10 days after calling IRCC, we finally got our Medicals passed on 24 Jan 2018, and got RPRF request on 25 Jan 2018.
Finally we got PPR email on 22 Feb 2018!
A couple of questions post PPR:
- We received only an email for the PPR, but on my cic account, we didn't receive any notification of the same (although the profile was updated). Is it normal?
- My husband, who is the primary applicant, applied for PR from India, therefore, we have been instructed to submit the passports at New Delhi Visa Office. But he is currently visiting me in UK, and we want to submit the passports from here. Is it possible and how should we go about it?
Thanks again for all your help!
Thanks a lot, @BillHyatt!Congratulations.
1. PPR is received via email and that is enough.
2. You will need to call or email IRCC to tell you what to do in this circumstances. They will send you fresh instructions regarding this.
Good Luck.
No need to do send more emails. Good Luck. Thanks a lot, @BillHyatt!
We have sent an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca and DELHI-IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca, and also sent an enquiry to https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
Is there any other way to inform IRCC, apart from calling them (which we'll do as well)?
Yes, these kinds of confusions cause problems. The simple way to deal with this is to first confirm which NOC you want to be considered for.Hello Everyone,
My job title matches NOC 0014 (Hospital Administrator) but my actual job duties match NOC 0411. Will it be a problem if I submit proof of job experience for NOC 0411 when my designation matches to one of the job titles listed under 0014?
Also, 0014 requires a university degree or college diploma in business administration and 0411 requires a bachelor's degree or college diploma in health science, hospital administration. I have a Master's degree in Hospital administration.
Thank you for your help!
I already told a few days back that according to my information/sources LVO is processing applications and for some unknown reasons the status is still showing NA2 while it should be IP2.@BillHyatt I saw your post in another thread. You appear to believe that the IP2 movements today are genuine. How can so many people move to IP2 so quickly? Thanks
Thank you Bill for your response. So in short, what you are advising is:Yes, these kinds of confusions cause problems. The simple way to deal with this is to first confirm which NOC you want to be considered for.
An analyst will check that your selected NOC matches with a substantial number of duties listed under that heading. Therefore, you should select the NOC that matches significantly with your Job Duties and not the one you believe is the correct one.
After that, you will need to write an LOE stating that Job Title is standardised in our firm and therefore, it shall not be confused with the job duties submitted.
I hope this will help.

NOC Job duties should substantially match with those listed in your Job Letters. We can pass Test without Job Title by stating this is a standard Job Title used in Company and not represent the actual work I do.Thank you Bill for your response. So in short, what you are advising is:
1) Find my correct NOC based only on the job description and not on the job title.
2) Provide an explanation for why my job title does not match to one of the job titles in the chosen NOC category. Do i need to say that it matches the title matches from a different NOC?
For example, in my case, the JD matches NOC 0411 and I can easily defend it. However my job title matches to one of the job titles from NOC 0014. So, choose 0411 and provide an LOE on why my job title does not match one of the job titles in 0411?
Thanks again for your help!
I have pretty much the same status as yours. And, my Settlement funds are also marked as Review Required. I showed more funds than it is needed. Maybe, that's why they raised a 'concern', which I would rather call a standard procedure. Also, Bill is right, it seems CIO don't do Section EE Econ assessment but re-distribute it to Visa offices. In activities, I saw work re-distribution status mark.Hi @BillHyatt - I was just going through these forums and your posts are very insightful, so thank you!
I recently received my GCMS notes and everything looks in order, except for settlement funds, where the analyst has marked 'Review Required'. I showed my bank balance (covers 80% of the required amount, this includes gift deeds from my parents and car sale deed) and gratuity fund details (covers the rest of the 20%, which I am entitled to receiving after I leave my current job).
From your experience seeing other cases, is this normal? Do you know whether CIC accepts gratuity funds?
My AOR was Oct 12, 2017 and my file is currently in queue at the London office waiting for an officer review.
