My 1 yr experience is getting completed on 7th of march 2018. As per the trend there should be a draw of express entry on the same date.
should I the profile for ITA, I am really confused
please advice should I submit the profile for ITA now or do it after 7th march

Anyway you will get points for the 1 year experience after 7th March. So wait till after that date to create your profile.
