IQAS Evaluation Valid for?

Hi,

Soon I will be sending my transcripts for evaluation to IQAS for immigration purpose. I have a query: Is IQAS limited to Alberta? because it is carried out by government of Alberta? Does that mean it would only be valid for Alberta, and not other Canadian states or it will have effect all over Canada?
