Yes, it was. The police solved the mystery. Apparently someone with a name similar to my husband's name has criminal records.

If you received one by email, you won't be receiving another one by mail. You're required to print the pdf and take it with you to the test. Good luck
Took test this morning in Windsor, passed with 20/20. Interview was very relaxed and cordial, just wanted to see the originals of the documents I submitted.
Said that the March 21 oath ceremonies are probably fully booked, and that we'll probably be in the April ceremony. Now just waiting on DM and the oath letter.
