Primary vs Secondary applicant, does it make any difference?

1. Can you make two express entry profile(one with you being primary and other your spouse being primary) because of the possibility either of you or spouse may get job offer and nomination first? Is this allowed by CIC?

2. Is there any notable disadvantage being secondary applicant between? Something like a primary applicant can do and secondary can't post visa approval?

Does it make any difference when deciding for Primary and Secondary applicant with spouse other than the CRS score? Is there any kind of limitation that the secondary applicant can't do and the primary applicant can do post ITA?

a. Primary applicant (PA) only gets the PPR email
b. Only the PA gets to deposit the passports upon receipt of the PPR email.
c. Dependants and other applicants cannot arrive in Canada prior to the PA.

I have updated my question in two section. Is there any problem with two profile creation by swapping PA with spouse and Is there any disadvantage post arrival in Canada?

Perfectly fine- as long as you don't submit both after ITA
