I'm a bcom graduate (2017). I applied for Sept intake.my IELTS score is 6 (6.5,6.5,6,5.5) .would that 5.5 will be a reason for my visa rejection. There are lot news about rule changes regarding IELTS (not below than 6).I applied for a diploma program.im worried about rejection

It's the band 5.5, I got overall 6 but I got individual 5.5 in speaking.
