Im about to sponsor my wife and son (I hope) I hurt my foot so I was on disability for 6 months whch really hurt my income I made around 27k can I still do both or just my wife this round thank you for ur time jack

There is no minimum income requirement to sponsor. You just need to show IRCC that you can support yourselves in Canada without welfare.
