Hi, when is the right time to request notes? Can i request notes just after a few days of transfer to mvo? Please replies! Thanks in advance people.

I would send new passport photos to them and attach a cover letter. You can include PA's name and DOB (UCI if known), Sponsor's name and UCI, date when app was received by IRCC so that they can easily trace it and add it. Saves time than waiting for them to send your package back and you have to resend again. they are human beings too and we all make some little mistakes

Today I checked my gkey account and it says 'We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.' I didnt get any email informing me the status change at all. Also, my ECAS is still 'application received.' I thought I get ECAS in process first then get the email about background check status. But it seems different.

Anyone having this kind of situation?

Hi guys, I received email from VO said my application has been transferred to VO for further processing.In email it says required documents of Passport photocopy,two recent photos, Police certificate,Schedule A, additional family information.For all the documents required,I have already submitted when I sent application to CPC Mississauga! Need I send all these documents again to VO ? What can I do? Anyone can help! Thank you

Outland (ITALY) application

- Received: 20 November
- Aor: 16 January
- Request schedule a: 16 January
- Upload schedule a: 18 January
- Medical request: 25 January
- Sponsor approval: 30 January
- VO Mississauga: 2 February
- Medical done: 14 February
- Medical passed: 16 February

After that no new messages . The day after medical done i just saw in ecas "in process" but the day after it disappeared and became again "application received" .no BGC yet in gckey

If I were in your position, I'd submit whatever they are asking for even if you've already submitted a copy.

Hello everyone. I'm just wondering where I'm at in the application process. Everything I've found doesn't seem to match up with the order I'm getting things (I know it can vary from person to person). My husband is a Canadian citizen sponsoring me, our application was received November 30th 2017. I submitted my medicals a week after requested (February 14 medical exam was taken). My husband did not receive a sponsor approval but did receive a letter stating my case will be processed in Mississauga. On his ecas, it says "decision made" under the sponsorship column.

So I am a bit worried. They received my application November 9, 2017 and I still haven't received anything from them. My wife is American and we have a daughter who was born in Canada. Is there no way to contact them to find out whats happening?

From all the numbers etc online they say if it hasn't gone over the time (12 months - outland) then not to contact or something.

What should I do?

Your situation is really complicated. The best way is to consult with a immigration lawyer. According to your story, you may find that either CIC would exclude your second child forever as your family member, which means you cannot sponsor your second child to Canada forever, or your husband may face a misrepresentation charge, due to that he failed to inform your pregnancy, before/when he landed as a PR. Based on the appeal cases that we saw, it could be your husband charged with misrepresentation, get his PR revoked and will be banned for 5 years.

When do you all think that November applications will start getting decision made roughly?
My application was received November 9th. I have recieved AOR 1 and 2, SA, Schedule A and PCC Request, passed my meds, and my VO is Mississauga. I have not yet heard a word since I passed my Medical, my ecas has not changed to in process either which kind of worries me but I have read that is normal for those staying at Mississauga
