Locate UCI of spouse & child

I am re-applying for Express entry as my first application had missing information. Now, with the re-application I need to put down the UCI numbers of all 3 members of my family [myself, spouse & child]. I have applicant UCI as I noted that down from their communications, but I am unable to locate my spouse and child UCI.

Could you please help me in this situation as to how can I get their UCI ....? Kindly suggest further steps, if any?

I am RE-APPLYING... and that is why I have to quote my existing UCI. We 3 were issued a UCI for the previous EE application. I only have record of the primary applicant UCI. And now require UCI of spouse & child [which were already previously generated]
