Fellow community members, I am re-applying again and I have my UCI but I haven't noted down my spouse and child UCI. From where do I collect that information as I need to submit my spouse and child UCI when I fill out the forms again. Much appreciated, thanks

If you don't know their UCI numbers then you can leave it blank
