Conditions open work permit

Hi all...
My spouse has owp and conditions which dot allow her to work in healthcare services.
She made medicals, and doctor said "....submitted your results on Feb 7 ".
Now we need to change conditions on the owp.
We think to flagpole the USA border, but we are not sure if the Emedicals are online for officer when we are there...!!?
Is that enough time from Feb 7 ?
What documents do we need to show to officer when we make request to apply ???

I would wait 3-4 weeks before you try to flagpole to remove the conditions. It's not enough that the emedicals have been submitted - they also have to be processed before the work permit can be updated to remove conditions.

So, u think to try in March?
At the moment we go to the border, what documents would we need to have with us ?

Called Cic today;
The agent told me that if we are from a country which need visa, we cant apply for changing conditions at the border ( even if we have medicals).

My problem too. Website said it can be done online and by mail but I cannot work out how to do this for the life of me. Very frustrating.

Hi to all...
I just want to share my experience about changing conditions on my spouse open work permit.
She was not allowed to work in healthcare services etc ( school, childcare ).
1. First step is to book an appointment with a panel of physicians ( the one in your area recomended in the CIC website ).
2. Medicals costed 338 $.
3. They submitted results in 10 days.
4. Called CIC agent about changing conditions on owp and he said that if u are from a visaexempt country, u can go to the border. If your country need a visa to enter in Canada , forchanging conditions on owp we should apply inAlberta by paper or online.
5. We knew it would take a lot of time. Waitedmore than 1 month and than went/tried to USAborder to flagpole.
6. Officer there issued a new wp without theconditions. No fee was required.
7. Its important to have with u passport, work permit, and the code IME recieved when u do medicals.
