I'm not familiar with your occupation, only my own. What's more important than the name of your job is the job duties in your job reference letter and job offer letter. If the job duties match 1212, then go for it.
1212 is for supervisor roles within finance. If you were a sipervisor in AP, then you could use this NOC. For AP clerk 1432 seems more appropriate.
Just as manboarpig advised earlier, PNP might be a good route.

My work experience is on EU funded projects, as follows:
- 2,5 years work experience as Coordinator on EU funded project in the Employment Service Agency (governmental institution),
- 3 years as project manager of an EU funded project in NGO and
- at the moment, I am Project coordinator in NGO. (overall 3+)
Education:
Master in political science (focus on political management)
I would be thankful if anyone could help me.
Question:
1. Does the NOC must correspond with the level of education or might be different/or lower ?
