Police clearance- When to send it

I am just wrapping up the documents and forms to sponsor my common-law partner and on IMM5589, thay mention the police certificate and not that you only send it later, not with the initial application.

Isn't it supposed to be sent with the Schedule A form after we get the first response?

I got the request to upload schedule A form along with police clearance together on my Gckey account.

Once you send in your application you will get an AOR with a UCI and File number at that point you can link your account to GCKEY . After that they will send request a few weeks later for Schedule A and your police certificate.

Actually, I think it has just changed (14 Feb. 2018) and now you have to send it right away.

Old forms are accepted until 15 March.
