About passport renewal

Hi,

What if principal applicant's passport is about to expire and he/she is renewing a passport what is the procedure to tell it to the embassy ? Do principal applicant need to email to the embassy or there is a form to be filled???

Every procedure till medical is completed and application is in home Visa Office..

You can inform them via email or case specific enquiry, but it's not really necessary.... She can simply submit the new passport when she receives PPR.
