Sorry guys, late reply due to busy schedule. It may happens in cases where files were stuck in background checks. But still its a long time 36 months to complete back ground check. One thing which I am a bit confused that CSQ is only valid for three years and if only security checks take three years it means the Federal processing is longer than three years. Can you explain what you do when your CSQ get expired during Federal phase.

CSQ has to be renewed after three years as its validity will end then. You have to send it back to MIDI and they will send you the new CSQ.

For Pakistan, because of so many applicants, the time from acceptance to receiving medicals takes approximately 36 months in investor category. Time it took for my final approval in security back ground check and medical check up was 36
