WES has somehow managed to send the ECA report to the wrong country. UPS tracker now says that they are unable to find the address in that country (no surprises there!).
I have to get WES to direct UPS to re-route it to my country. I have already raised a couple of queries on the inquiry form on their website and got email acknowledgements. But they usually take about four days to reply by email.
Is there another way to reach them so that I may get a faster response?
