Refugee Claim Acceptance/Succes Rate

Hi All

1) Which province of Canada has good Acceptance/Success rate for refugee claimant??

2)Which province of Canada people getting refugee hearing date soon? Does it really matter. In some provinces like Montreal and Toronto there are too many people who are seeking asylum. Therefore it takes too long to get hearing date.

If someone know please let me know.

Success rates depend on the strength of your case and evidence - not on the province where you claim refugee status.

It was just announced that they are now going to go in order of when you arrive so you are looking at a minimum of 20 months but I would plan for 20 years and maybe a bit more.
