your and my wife application alsmost samethis week almost gone too no good news nothing happened. what's going on at NDVO Office.
You don’t need to provide the police certificate upfront. They will ask you for it. You can then submit it along with schedule AHello
Anyone have the old Document Checklist – Spouse (including dependent children of spouse) [IMM 5533] 2017 version? If so please send me a copy. I wish to use the old process for my spouse. Reason being I am not able to provide a police clearance certificate upfront at this time. If I use the old checklist and forms, I have option of submitting pcc after.
Also the old version of the Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]
Please help me out thanks
It seems like some April applicants had their luck came in this week. There is no pattern whatsoever. I just stopped looking into status daily. When I had my status checked with the MP, back in November, he told me that only security check was remaining. After 3 months, there is no progress on it. From GCMS notes, last time any update happened on our file was in October.this week almost gone too no good news nothing happened. what's going on at NDVO Office.
I do not understand why it makes sense to them to give priority to students over spouses...???It seems like some April applicants had their luck came in this week. There is no pattern whatsoever. I am pretty sure, it was because of the pure negligence at NDVO, our files are getting stuck and not because, they are busy with whatever reason you could imagine. Since they grant visas to students more faster and in high volume, they don’t require security check at all?
I think there are multiple factors. One is they have to finish processing of student visa before starting of academic term. Also students bring cash flow to Canadian economy. So there is an economical factor too. For express entry, they have to finish all processing in 6 months. So they have to give priority to that too. Since processing time of spousal sponsorship is 12 months, I think they are giving low priority to it. Seems like they are exploiting this longer processing time which they are allowed to take for spousal sponsorships..I do not understand why it makes sense to them to give priority to students over spouses...???
because they're fucking stupidI do not understand why it makes sense to them to give priority to students over spouses...???
