@Asifa123 Kindly consult the members of this forum before applying for your study permit for the second time. You can get a lot of help here if you ask for it. If you haven't gone for Caips and if you have deferred your intake from Winter to Fall (which is the only reasonable option since you wont get visa in time to start your education this Spring), then you should go for Caips notes. It just cost like $15 but it can reveal a lot of other details because of which your file could have been refused other then not providing them with the SOP and the affidavits.

And i guess it is cheaper if you ask a Canadian national to order it on your behalf.

A Canadian National/PR or any person presently in Canada May apply for CIAPS for 5$
From here you can apply for minimum 15$

Presently working as Sr. Accountant, upon return don't know, financial ties I showed property documents, shares, tax return etc.

If you don’t know what you are going to do on return then you might have left that point open in SOP as well. The VO has refused your SP because he knows you don’t know your future plans and therefore you will most probably don’t return at all

I think it was mainly SOP issue.

yes, you can but you will need to show you have enough funds. I have so many frnds who are trying to bring their spouses and its little difficult.
