Which way i choose? Student Visa or Work Permit

Hello,

I want to come there in Canada. I am From India. I am 31 year old. Single Person
I already done Education Master of Computer Application (MCA).
Also i have 5+ Year Experience in Web Development.

Can any one tell me what was beast way for me Student Visa or Work permit.
So much Confuse guide me please.

Student visa.

It's next to impossible to find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process (you need an approved LMIA to get a work permit).

I Think Student Visa is best for you Right Now. I also have applied it and got but did got work visa. I don't Know whats the Reason behind it but every time i failed to get work Visa. Many Outsiders are working there right now and increases Canada Population.

It was really hard to get work visa.
Also send one news from me that i was apply for TRV and it was refuse.

I feeling stress regarding student visa because i already 31 yr old and done master degree also have 5+ year experience.
Student visa is really suitable and get in my case ?
Also which degree i go for i am already Master of Computer application Degree.

Another Masters or a PhD would make the most sense.
