It is a very easy process. Sponsor can apply GCMS notes using this link " https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/transparency/access-information-privacy/requests-information-act.html ".
You will need to get Consent form signed by Principal Applicant. Download the form from "https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5744e.pdf ".
Tell PA to sign, scan and Email to you.
It will cost you $5.
Just follow the steps.

One of my friend and her family, who applied end of August through express entry, landed yesterday. I just don’t understand the fast tracking, family reunification meant by the government officials. They are experimenting processes with our lives. Utter stupidity!! Liberals are not going to get my votes ever.

That's a strange thing to hate the left. They're pretty much the primary reason why immigration is at least as fair as it is currently.
