Isn't the EE profile valid for only one year?It's absolutely up to you. I'd advise you to update your old application.
Only downside is that your profile will expire in October 2018. But given your score, I believe you'll be getting an ITA before that. All the Best

The reason for deleting the old profile and creating new one is that this year Ontario picked up profiles those were created in Jan and the ones created earlier were left out. So u never know.
