my family wife and children are in asylum in canada, how would i join them since i might be denied entry through the US as i learn my family information has been shared by Canadian government and would put my entry through US in jeopardy. Please, can i apply for Canada Visitors VISA from Ghana being a Nigerian. I need to reunite with my family.

You can't get a TRV to Canada, it will almost certainly be rejected. It would be obvious to IRCC you would just also claim asylum once you arrived.
So if you can't travel via USA, then you'll need to wait until your family has their refugee case approved, gets PR status, and then can sponsor you.
