How much time it takes stamp IM-1Visa after listing spouse?

Hi All,

My IM-1 Visa for Landing is valid until 16th May 2018. I applied for Visitor Visa for my spouse multiple times but it got rejected. We are planning to do court marriage now in 1st week of March. How much time it will take to add her via this process?
What if the timeline exceeds 16th May 2018?

Sometimes, for low risk applicants, they will extend the medical validity. This is totally up to the Visa Office to request and the RMC to grant. You can't request it.
