December 2017 citizenship applicant AOR not received

Hello all,
I delivered my Citizenship application by Fedex to Sydney, NS office and they received it with signature on Dec 29, 2017. Mine is a single application with time included before becoming PR also, total 1135 days. I checked the tracker and almost all people whose application reached before me and also many who sent after me received AOR.

Did not receive my application back as well. Can you please advise how long should I wait or should I resend the application.

I am in similar condition. Applied on July 19th 2023 and have not received the AOR yet. Did you end up applying again?
