Missed call from embassy in Havana.

Hi everyone. My wife just saw a missed call from the embassy in Havana. She was working and it was after 5 by the time she saw it. She's going to call back tomorrow but does anyone have any idea what it could be about. She completes her medical 3 weeks ago tomorrow.
