Hi @MJacob, any movement on your file? I already GCMS again 2 weeks ago, but I doubt they’ll be too helpful as most pages are redacted as part of the background check. But I figured it’ll give me something to look forward to.

Hi @MoeD! How have you been?

I had emailed LVO with the renewed passport on Feb 6, and they reverted back on Feb 12 saying that it's updated on the record and that my file is in final review (VCM).

Not quite sure how long the wait is from here... I had messaged BillHyatt for clues but no reply yet.

The 2nd set of GCMS notes is expected anytime after this weekend. *Fingers crossed*

Hi @BillHyatt, seeking your expert advice:

What timelines should we expect to wait after being told the following:

"Please be advised that your application is awaiting final review in our London office."
as on - Mon Feb 12, 2018

- Does this mean that eligibility and security has also been passed?
- How long does the final review stage last?
- The BGC status on gckey is still 'Not applicable' - is that supposed to change to reflect the above status of 'final review'?
- Meds will expire on May 10 - do they have a window (time-frame) in which to grant PR/advise for meds renewal; so that the applicant has sufficient time to make the move?

We have similar timeline. Please when are you expecting your GCMS Notes? Kindly keep me updated on any changes in ur application. Did u pass Eligibility at CIO?

Expecting on 23 feb...i passed perhaps thats y moved my app to LVO..but believe me its all hypotheses...no knows exactly knows wat is being done to his/ her app

The London Visa Office started working on FSW AOR October 1 to October 6 last week. They are slowly making progress. However, LVO doesn't process files in a sequence so it is hard to predict. Probably anytime in March or April.

Hello @MJacob , my AOR is 27th july and im stuck at na2 since 9th aug. I emailed London VO on last tuesday and got a reply on friday that my file is waiting for final review (VCM). U have got the same reply or ur file is under final review??

If they working on AORs until October 6 then October 10 should not be too far.. does your NOC plays any role in priority given to your application.. Like the NOC's that are not in high demand are given low priority, thus face delay?
