Hello Experts
3 yrs ago i came to canada as a visitor then i applied for asylum.
Long story short. I got accepted and i am a permanent resident in canada since last feb 2017.
Can i invite my brother to come visit me as i can't go back to my home country?
Or the request will be rejected because i am a refugee?

Others can comment but imagine the first challenge would be to persuade immigration that if they issued a visit visa that your brother might attempt the same path as yourself for asylum, just saying.

He doesn't wanna stay in canada
He has his business and his family back home
But i understand and respect the way you're thinking
But my question is
Am i eligible to invite him or not

You can definitely invite him and he can certainly apply.
