Extension of Stay as a visitor

Im sorry what do you mean whenever i want?
My tourist visa will expire on february 14, 2018, i was given only 6months of stay here
Hello can ANYBODY help me with my question as well as I fear being denied:

Do I have to apply for restoration now considering my issue below?
My visitor status date of expiry was JAn 25, I applied online successfully paid etc. at 9.30pm EST Jan 25
I immediately received the email of receipt HOWEVER on the email it says my application was received 01/26/2018
This is wrong considering even the receipt and the email letter are dated Jan 25, the letter itself is dated Jan 25
What should I do now? Does CIC consider Date Application Receieved of an application the date I applied, I can wholly prove I applied Jan 25, the receipt shows it was approved Jan 25.
i had to get a new proof of financials document from my home country hence the reason i was delayed to apply on the last day of my status
Does anybody have an answer or been in the same situation?

my grandmother is on visitor visa(multiple entry) this is her second time.
First time she came in Nov,2016 and returned to india in May,2017.
Again she came in end September,2017 and its going to be 6months in mid march(her return ticket is on March,8).
Now I want to apply for her extension but I am not sure how much time I should ask and the reason I should put in the application.
To let you know I want to extend her visa as I need help as my kids are small although I do not work but I think this is not a valid reason to put in there. And one more thing how much funds (if I want to show my canadian account) we need to show now?
Her FD's in her name are still as such around(9lakh INR), that is also possible but would those only be enough or do I need a separate letter from Bank stating their amount.
Please I really need help.

I just wanna ask something,i applied super visa for my mum but they give her only 5 yrs and i write to the invitation letter that she will stay only for a month but she want to stay more and the CBSA didnt stamp if she can stay only for 6 months..Do i still need to apply for entension visa?

PLEASE DO NOT give wrong info if you don't know how a certain application works. Blank stamp with no date means it expires in 6 months unless otherwise specified, so YES, you would need to apply for an extension if you would like to stay beyond that period.
