Hii,
My child enjoys the dual citizenship of india and canada ; but due to some disputes i came back with my child to India Now i want to know that if i dont return back will my chil'ds citizenship have any problem. I am PR and my partner is now citizen. My child is of 10 months.

I don't think India will let you hold dual citizenship. You will have to surrender the Indian citizenship and apply for an OCI.

OCI is not a citizenship. correct me if I'm wrong.

i have oci card...

I only know this because my cousin recently got his Portuguese passport and they fined him when he got to India. They did not let him travel outside the country until he surrender his Indian passport and paid the fine.
It was such an ordeal.

Also OCI is not citizenship, but its like a visa so you can travel to India and back.

exactly. And I assume your kid was born in Canada.

And with OCI, your kid may have limitations on the number of continuous days she can stay in india
