mine took one month but usually they say it only takes 2 weeks. you just need to wait.

Yes I am. I'm hoping it's approved. This is my second application. First one was rejected si immediately reapplied

Standard processing time for Philippines is 11 days. At least for online applications. Not sure also if this applies to re-application.

I applied Feb 6 and received the refusal this morning. I’m now assessing which step to take as I don’t want to waste another 100cad..
