It's extremely difficult. You need a work permit to accept an internship. To get a work permit the company giving you the internship will need to obtain an approved LMIA. The LMIA is very long and expensive with no guarantee of approval. So unfortunately the chances of securing an internship are close to zero.

My qualification is pursuing MCA 4th semester and my college offer me that .I go for internship in Canada ..

Are you studying in Canada or outside of Canada?

If you are studying outside of Canada, the answer remains the same. You should assume it will be impossible to secure an internship and work permit in Canada.
