Help needed for deciding on NOC for a food quality assurance/ food technology experienced candidate

Hi All

I am a food quality assurance professional with 6 years experience in the following positions. I am unable to decide as to what my NOC would be as i am confused between 2211 & 2221. Your valuable comments would be greatly appreciated .

Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance Executive - Middle East, North

Facilitate New Haagen Dazs Cake Manufacturing Sites with Design Review, FSSC, FSRA Implementation, and verification Activities

Develop and Implement Food Safety Systems FSRA FSSC standards and Processes

Deliver Training in Food Safety systems and practices, Traceability, SOP's, Crisis

Management etc

Manage Vendors service quality e.g. ESP Auditing Companies SQA for food and packaging suppliers.

Conduct Supplier Risk Assessment, Risk Reduction and Collaborating with the XQM

team

Facilitate HD Marketing & Sourcing Initiatives in the market

Conduct regular ESP Internal Audits to drive food safety improvements and facilitate business growth
