Ensure regional stores and vendors are adhering to Quality Standards, policies and procedures. To identify and resolve gaps in adhering to Alshaya Standards and Policies.
Implement Quality Management system with HACCP and its pre-requisites programs. Conduct vendor and internal Store Audits in UAE region ensuring strict compliance with departments and Starbucks operating principles, procedures and standards.
Report Quality performance trend to Regional Operational Team and brand management. Responsible to immediately report and resolve Regional Critical Food safety incidents
Providing feedback to Regional Operations Team regarding Food Safety, hygiene and vendor performance design and criteria to meet local health regulations
Initiate proactive management of quality issues with customers & Distributors rejections, complaints, technical support, training for product handling e.g. Shipment Handling
