Please how does one prove internal flight arrangement not suitable and available. I am in Nigeria (Lagos) fleeing from FGM. However, i understand they will ask why did i not move to another city

What you need to prove is that your life would have continued to be in danger no matter where you moved within your country.

You can't prove that flights were unavailable or unsuitable. Flights are always available.

In Addition, there are other means to travel (car, bus, train, boat or ship...). So such claim will not stand a chance.
