Should I submit spouse's edu details for WES assessment

Hello all
I am rather old compared to most applicants here. At 42, I need my wife's support to meet the minimum score of 67.
We are awaiting my spouse's IELTS results.
Given that my wife has never studied, worked or lived and has no relations in Canada, for Adaptability (max 10) I can hope to score 5 (IELTS assuming she meets CLB score of 4).

Do I need to have her education credentials evaluated by WES? Will it be of any use?
Please advise.

Your wife's ECA would not add any points in the FSW score points.

May be you can explore the option of making her the Primary Applicant, if not done already.
