Hi Everyone,
I have a query regarding LMIA Exemption.
Currently I am in Canada and have a valid full-time job offer. It does state all information including the salary, wage per hour, information regarding full-time, etc.
Does this mean its LMIA Exempt? I have read in CIC that companies need we have to provide an LMIA exemption number. And this can only be done if the company initiates this process. Is it true?
Would a valid job offer be fine for me when applying for PR? I am within Canada. I have completed 2 years of Postgraduate certificate degree in Canada, have previous 3 years of work experience with IELTS score band of 7. What would you recommend? Without the job offer i just have 400+ points (not 430 or 440) which is the minimum I believe.
Sorry for the long questions. Thank you for your patience.
Hope anyone could assist me with this.
