Though I posted this question on December 2017 applicant thread, I didn’t really get that much insights on what to do. So, here I am starting a new thread. I googled a few topics related to this question, but I can’t seem to find the most recent ones. The question is;

***I was looking at the forms that I filled out and I’ve noticed that I totally forgot to include my part time job on Question #11. I received my AOR last February 2, 2018. What is the best thing to do? Inform IRCC about it so they can update it? Should I withdraw my application and re-submit it? Anyone who is on the same boat or have experienced something like this. Hi, so for the period you were working part time, what did you indicate in Q11 - what were you doing ? There should be no gaps.

No need to withdraw the application. You could inform IRCC through the webform, and they can add the missing info to your application, now that you got AOR.

There were no gaps, I have two jobs at the same time, one full time and one part time plus school. I just totally forgot to include it because I don’t work that much on my part time job. Ugh! I just noticed it yesterday when I went to check the application form that I submitted. Thanks for the reply though.

No, just make sure that it is clear that it was just an oversight.

And follow the golden rule: Keep it short and simple. This should be done in a single paragraph. The officer doesn't want to have to read through a page of prose.

Thank you! It seems like you’re the go to person of everyone here. Can I ask you one more thing please. I don’t have the original copy of my CELPIP, I couldn’t find it anymore. Do you think it’ll be a problem during the interview?

As long as you can converse in English well at the interview, they won't care about asking for the original. Several members in this forum reported that they weren't even asked for the original at the interview. What's important is passport(s), IDs and CoPR. In the rare case that they should ask you for it, bring the copy with you and explain when necessary.

Just say "I hope that based on the currently happening oral assessment of my capabilities, you concur in the verdict that I achieved a level in my liguistic skill set with respect to English that suffices to sustain a conversation in an everyday context, and therefore I can fulfill your documentary requirements regarding the language skill with this simple copy of the earlier assessment by an authoritative agency in the language skill assessment trade."

At that point they will give up

IMO, you don't even have to correspond with CPC on that if your timeline didn't have a break in the application you submitted. It wouldn't hamper your processing.

First of all, no one on this forum can answer this question. It would be fortune telling.

Secondly, the answer to this question is irrelevant. The form asks you to list all your activities, you forgot to list an activity, realized that now and must correct the mistake.

It is no big deal to make a mistake in the application. It is a big deal to realize the mistake and then not correct it. Don't give IRCC a reason to pick on your application now, in some months or even after you became a citizen.
